We've have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 through stu over the past 6 years. It's been a pleasure dealing with Stu. In particular, the usually stressful experience of home searching that he makes fun. He is very helpful during the searches and well as pointing out every problem he sees. He doesn't miss a thing. I don't think we've been particularly easy clients to work with but Stu has been courteous and considerate during every interaction, even when I gave him a 1.30 am emergency phone call.
